Originally from Italy, I’ve lived in Hong Kong since 2012. Before starting my own company, I worked in finance and investment banking as a lawyer for more than a decade, in Milan first, then in London and finally in Hong Kong, mainly focusing my practice in derivatives, white collar crimes, mis-selling of securities, M&A and restructuring.
